A note about expectations: Patients need to have realistic expectations. The longer and more severe the CFS/FMS, the longer it will take to make any sort of recovery. If you have been unwell for years please don't expect to feel better in two months. Therapy for CFS involves detective work and much careful analysis of history, examination findings, tests and trials. We carefulness and commitment good and even excellent outcomes are quite possible.
A G.P. referral is helpful but not essential. Please bring any past test results and any medications or supplements that you are currently on. Please also go to the following questionnaire, print it out, fill it in and bring it with you (this is optional, but very helpful): Initial Questionnaire
